Why can't I buy items separately?

At Blossom, we believe in creating products with love and purpose. To honour our commitment to sustainability and reduce waste, we offer our handcrafted pieces exclusively in bundles. Each bundle is thoughtfully designed to ensure that every placemat has a matching coaster and napkin, preventing any piece from being left behind or forgotten.

Care & Washing

How do I wash linen products?
  • Most linen items can be machine-washed on a cool or warm gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and bleaches.

Should I iron linen?

  • For a smoother look you can iron or steam linen. Use a medium heat setting.

Does linen shrink?

  • Linen may shrink slightly after the first wash, but this is minimal. Washing in hot water or drying on high heat can increase shrinkage.

How do I dry linen products?

  • Line drying is recommended for linen to maintain its shape and reduce wrinkles. You can also tumble dry on low heat, but remove the linen promptly to minimize wrinkles.

Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations in size and design from item to item. These variations are a natural part of the artisanal process and contribute to the unique character of each piece. Rest assured, we will never offer a product for sale if we are unsatisfied with its quality and craftsmanship. Your understanding and appreciation of these nuances are greatly valued.

    What is my return policy?

    • We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. 

       Here are some things to keep in mind:
      • The items must be unused and unwashed.
      • You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or packing slip.
    How do I return an item?
    • To return an item, please email us at info@shopblossom.co.nz. From there, you will receive a return number. We will process your return within 2 business days of receiving it. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer unless faulty or incorrect.
