When placing an order please keep in mind that all table linens are handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade products, there may be slight variations in size and design from item to item. These variations are a natural part of the artisanal process and contribute to the unique character of each piece. Rest assured, we will never offer a product for sale if we are unsatisfied with its quality and craftsmanship. Your understanding and appreciation of these nuances are greatly valued.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Rates:

  • A flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 NZD applies to all orders within New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the dispatch date.

Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order via the carrier's website.

Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@shopblossom.co.nz to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Mark the RMA number clearly on the package.
  3. Send the return to the address we provide.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund/Exchange Processing

  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 48 hours.

Exceptions

  • This policy does not apply to items that have been used, washed, or altered.
